Charles M. Hatcher, Jr.
1946 – 2012
Founder of the firm, Charles M. Hatcher, Jr., set the bar, with 32 years trial and litigation experience. A graduate of the West Virginia University Law School, he spent 20 years working as a special prosecutor in Cabell County, West Virginia. He taught Criminal Justice classes at Marshall University and was a featured instructor at seminars nationwide in the areas of crime scene investigation, murder investigation and prosecution, and many other areas of Criminal Procedures to Police, Lawyers and Prosecutors. He prosecuted many high profile murder cases in West Virginia, including those of police officers. He litigated and received MILLION DOLLAR settlements for his clients in many personal injury cases.
